Every lead we deliver should meet our verified lead standard. If it doesn't, we replace it with a new verified lead at no cost.
Eligible for replacement
- Wrong or disconnected phone number.
- The contact is a renter, not the homeowner.
- The property is outside your service area.
- No real roofing need, or the homeowner says they never asked to be contacted.
- Duplicate of a lead you already received.
Not eligible
- The homeowner chose another roofer or decided not to proceed after you quoted.
- You did not contact the lead within 24 hours or made fewer than 3 contact attempts.
How to request a replacement
Mark the lead in your dashboard or email roofing@nioraai.com within 7 days of delivery with the lead details and the reason. We review requests within 2 business days.
Setup fee
The $499 setup fee is non-refundable once profile and campaign work has started, except as provided under our 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee (see Terms & Conditions).
