These Terms govern your use of the website and services of Niora Ai LLC, doing business as Niora Roofing Leads. By submitting a form or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We generate homeowner roofing leads through advertising, verify them by phone, and deliver them exclusively to one roofer per zone. We also build and host a Verified Roofer Profile for each client.
Fees and payment
Services require a one-time $499 setup fee and prepaid lead packs at the prices shown on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is made by secure online invoice or card.
No guarantee of results
Lead volume depends on your market and season. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, number of jobs won, or search engine rankings. Our only refund commitment beyond lead replacement is the 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee below.
Lead replacement
Leads that don't meet our verified lead standard are replaced under our Lead Replacement Policy.
6-Month Money-Back Guarantee
These guarantee terms form part of these Terms.
What's covered
100% of the amounts you paid Niora Roofing Leads during the 6-month guarantee period, including the $499 setup fee and all lead pack purchases.
Who qualifies — you must meet ALL of these conditions
- a) You were an active client for 6 consecutive months from your campaign start date, purchasing at least [MINIMUM, e.g. one lead pack per month / a total of 30 leads] during that period.
- b) You contacted every delivered lead within 24 hours and made at least 3 contact attempts (call or text) before marking it unreachable.
- c) You updated every lead's status in your dashboard within 7 days of delivery and kept it current, including the contract value of every job won.
- d) Your Verified Roofer Profile was completed within your first 14 days.
- e) Your account is paid in full and you did not violate our Terms & Conditions.
How "recovering your money" is measured
We add up the total contract value of all jobs you won from leads we delivered and from homeowners who contacted you through your Verified Roofer Profile during the 6 months. If that total is less than the total amount you paid us during the same period, you qualify for a refund.
How to claim
Email roofing@nioraai.com within 30 days after the end of your 6th month with the subject "Guarantee Claim". We may ask for reasonable records (such as your lead notes or job invoices) to confirm the claim.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are paid in full to your original payment method within 30 days of approval.
After a refund
Your account and zone reservation end, and your zone becomes available to other roofers.
One per company
The guarantee applies once per company and cannot be transferred.
Replaced leads
Leads already replaced under the Lead Replacement Policy are counted once, at the price you paid.
Your responsibilities
You agree to contact leads promptly and professionally, comply with all applicable laws (including licensing and telemarketing rules), and provide accurate profile content you have the right to use.
Text messages
Text messaging is optional and governed by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Termination
You may stop purchasing lead packs at any time. We may suspend service for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
